Abstract

The article reveals the ways and problems of professional development of teachers today. The structure of the article consists of an introduction, «Changing paradigms of learning and expanding the role of the teacher«, „Experience courses of professional development by teachers«, the conclusion. Kazakhstan has great pedagogical traditions improvement of teachers. Currently implemented training course for teachers of secondary schools of Kazakhstan. Modern, competent teacher should be a teacher, psychologist, and psychotherapist, coach, and mentor, and Creator. This approach requires the teacher to rethink its social role, review the choice of forms and methods of teaching students, and rebuilding themselves, their psychology. The modern teacher must be a facilitator and reflective practitioner. The article revealed the experience courses teachers on the programme of the second level of training. Teacher professional needs to understand that lesson and behavior of teachers subject to the laws of drama: you need to be able to arouse interest, to hold him, to reach climax and to provide cognitive outcome». The teacher should not succumb to estimate cliche. On the contrary, he must hear the voice of each student. And this is very important because as a teacher, I sincerely respect their students, can contribute to the development of their learning motivation. To achieve this it is necessary to take into account the opinion of the students themselves.
