Problems professional preparations of future teachers.

Abstract

In the article making an accent on priorities in education reforms of Kazakhstan the author attracts readers’ attention to the realization problem. The author considers that development of a competent specialists’ potential in teachers of a new formation is a fi rst and foremost, but long term goal and grounds quite obvious: direct dependence of the education system quality from the competency of teachers working in the system.
