The issues of Formation of the Оrganizational Сulture of Higher School.

Abstract

The article considers the influence of organizational culture on the effectiveness of the functioning of educational institutions. Also provided analysis of the content of concepts and definitions of organizational culture, proposed by different authors. Management system are: technology, diagnostics, analysis, prediction and correction of organizational culture, management principles, organizational culture, organizational forms of management of organizational culture and information resource, allowing you to take appropriate management decisions in the formation of organizational culture. On the basis of the conducted analysis it is argued that in the scientific literature, along with the concept of «organizational culture» are used synonymous, but complementary this term concepts: «collective culture», «organizational environment», «social-psychological environment, organizational culture» and other. Based on research of many foreign and domestic authors are given a differential characteristic of the above-mentioned concepts from the point of view of modern management science.
