The article discusses approaches to a new paradigm of learning in the information society; indicate the goals, conditions and results of е-learning. Building a model of information-communication personality of the pupil and teacher, we proceeded from the fact that the person is a dynamic system, which is constantly changing, self improvement, fi lled with new content. Readiness signs ICT literacy provide the basis for forming of information-communication competence, ICT competence person forms his information-communication culture and other. For the teacher realized a new paradigm of learning to build the new Director of the lesson, he must be formed information-communication culture. Information-communication literacy personality is a combination of knowledge and skills, allowing to work with ICT in learning (of the pupil ) or professional (of the teacher) at the level of advanced user. The teacher, not being the only source of knowledge, turns into a tutor, who will not only translates the student input educational information and organizes the work of a student with educational materials, interaction of students between educational purposes, providing advice and support if necessary.Downloads
