Abstract

Article theoretically substantiates the necessity of preparation of social teachers to work with destructive family and a case study of readiness of future social workers to this activity prove that this process is quite feasible in the framework of University education. The urgency of the problem justifies the increase in the number of incomplete, destructive families, public employment of their parents and a low level of psychological culture, significantly influencing the change in the nature of the relationship between children and parents. After analyzing the problem of family and considering it as an object of activity of the future social pedagogue, author proceeds to the analysis of the phenomenon of «readiness» as a source in the professional training of future social workers. A detailed analysis of the problems of studying the phenomenon of «readiness» in the works of foreign and Russian researchers. It is concluded that the phenomenon of readiness, which is the result of training, the system determines the requirements that the society to a specialist. According to this argues that the readiness of the social teacher to work with the family is determined by the system requirements arising from the conditions of the process of systems development and support of social and socio-pedagogical support. The aim of the Institute is to the entire system of education and training provide training of specialists in the field of work with a family in the future professional work, most fully corresponding to these requirements. Next, the concept of «willingness of a social pedagogue working with destructive family and is designed matrix study the readiness of the social teacher to work with the family. For each of the selected components (motivational, substantive, procedural and final) gives a description of metrics of researched readiness. In accordance with the matrix revealed the initial state of readiness of future social workers to work with destructive family. The study was conducted on the basis of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University. A detailed description of the findings almost justifies the need for further work to develop methods of phased training of future social workers to work with destructive family.
