The authors also conduct a critical analysis in the literature review and attach particular importance to the reliability and completeness and limitations of a number of studies to date.
The results achieved during the review show that the formality and adequacy of the information spoken indicate the importance of variables such as clarity and politeness as important pragmatic tools in the process of communication. During the review, it was proposed that practical research on the scale of Kazakhstan be continued, based on the author's research of the F.Siu and approaches to the formation of pragmatic competence.
