Model of diligence upbringing on the basis of ethnopedagogics for pupils of elementary grades

The article analyses the questions of ethnic-pedagogic in the process of raising the consciousness of the younger generation, where the link is the labor experience accumulated by generations in communion to work, to social activities. Labor education is the only reliable tool of knowledge and specific concepts acquiring by child from the environment. There is a need for modeling the increasing interest in labor activities, that considers the foundations of comprehensive development in younger schoolchildren.
The relationship between school, pupil, teachers and parents varies depending on the time and society, introduced innovations. It is therefore very difficult to show a model that identifies the significance and importance of the qualities of diligence. The author proposes a model aimed at the formation of diligence qualities in the pupil on the basis of ethnicpedagogics.
