Psychological and Pedagogical Aspects of the Integration of Fine Arts into the Training Program for Social Educators

Thearticleexamines the psychological and pedagogicalaspects of the integration of fineartsinto the educationalprogram for trainingsocialeducators.Thetheoreticalfoundations,methodologicalapproachesandpracticalmethodscontributing to the development of aestheticcultureandprofessionalcompetence of futuresocialeducators are analyzed.In the theoreticalpart of the researchwork, the works of domesticandforeignscientists who studied the issues of trainingsocialeducators,educationbased on creativity, and the integration of fineartsinto the educationalprogram are analyzed.Withspecialemphasison the role of fineartsin the formation of emotionalintelligence,aestheticperceptionandcreativethinking of students,communicationskills, theinitialandfinallevels of thesecompetencies are determined.Inorder to determine the level of professionalcompetencies of students, fourdiagnosticmethodswereselected(the EmInquestionnaire, the Torrencetest, a set of methodsproposed by Y.S.Lyubimova(observation, questioning,interviewing,etc.), the I.V. Lipsitz pictogrammethod"Youandyourenvironment"). Thirty-nine students from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University took part in the experiment. At the formativestage of the practicalpart of the researchwork, the possibilities of integratingfineartinto the educationalprogram for trainingsocialeducatorsbased on creativeworkshops,projectactivities,arttherapy,excursionsandexhibitionswereconsidered.At the controlstage of the experimentalpart of the researchwork, theeffectiveness of the possibilities of integratingfineartinto the educationalprogram was determined, and a conclusion was made.
