Actual Issues in Terms of Training of Future Specialists-musicans and their Performance Management
Abstract
The article raises the problem of training of creative personnel, who are still out of sight in the development of regulations on the activities of educational institutions of culture and art. It is necessary to improve the quality of education for each institution of art and, therefore, to change management approaches. From our point of view, crisis in education’s management is more manifested in the field of arts and culture. Moreover, it can be argued that, in these areas, these phenomena are felt with particular acuteness. It is not be ignored that the institutions of art (specializing in music, theater, visual and other arts) have a certain specificity. It is important that in regards of the accession to the Bologna Process, musical education of the republic has not lost its inherent consistency, continuity, professional thoroughness, practical orientation of the students’ knowledge and skills and, consequently, the competitiveness in the international space.
