Suicide is a significant social problem, unfortunately, is often underestimated as a complex phenomenon. The problem of suicide, except medicine and psychiatry are the object of the social Sciences. We define existential questions, such as „What compels people to end his own life?“, „What feelings изпытывают people, прибегшие to commit suicide?“, „Is it possible, in obtaining the support to stop a suicide attempt?“, „How the environment affects the decision to commit suicide?“ and others. In this article we are not talking about theoretical bases and concepts associated with the definition of suicide. It is limited to only the designation of the issues relevant to children and adolescents, potential suicide bombers. Actual suicide (suicid) and suicide attempts are different, but both States in science interpreted as a crisis of identity. Among the countries with the highest „index of suicide» are Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, China, Japan and others. The article provides a brief overview of concepts, risk factors of conduct, given the age of the understanding of the causes of death and emotional manifestations of a child (after 7 years), are some of the elements of a programme for the prevention of suicide, the parameters of assessment of suicidal behaviour; steps shortterm intervention; the recommendation of a psychologist, social pedagogue when working with a child / teenager committed suicide attempt. It is recommended that a psychiatric interview and evaluation of the physician in each specific case of suicide attempts. Work in an interdisciplinary team – leading. After evaluation by a physician is carried out Advisory work, which is a short-term (in crisis situations) to clarify the risks and long-term forms of counselling and therapy. Method of consultation in suicide – often a crisis intervention. The article commented on the relevance of the problem from the point of view of social practices, biological symptoms of suicidal behavior, its assessment, as well as practice on prevention and counselling.References
