Abstract

Ensuring the competitiveness of the national education system is a national, public and national task, which mustbe carried out with the joint activity of the state authorities and society. Permanent changes in the sphere of education, the emergence of new types and forms of educational services, the need to ensure quality results all this leads to the mainstreaming of the implementation of a balanced education policy. In this connection, the authors conducted a content analysis of Russian-language Internet sites on the coverage of the basic directions of educational policy in Kazakhstan. The paper describes the method of content-analysis, the peculiarities of its organization and holding. Justified methodological positions of researchers, namely plan content analysis, objective, the hypothesis of the study, disclosed the key concepts. Education policy is considered by the authors as the negotiation policy of indigenous goals, objectives for the development of education and the interests of an individual, society and the state guarantees their quality of life. The article presents the main results of the research of Internet sites on the key concepts of «education policy and education policy», is characterized by a relevant topics and developed asociogram of concepts.
